Sodium 2013 is having their Ramayana on Thursday, August 18 at the 3rd floor auditorium. It starts at 1:40 and as usual, it's only 50 minutes.
So maybe you're wondering why I'm advertising it....
because theirs is the ONLY MODERNIZED Ramayana play in their batch (or from what I know that is).
I know the schedule is crap, but if you can watch it, WATCH IT (coughsTauTruthcoughs). Give them support. From fellow Sodium people. Hahaha. If you want to cut to watch it, then go ahead. I can't because Physics happens to be my subject on that time slot. o.o

Okay, after much asking, I've deduced that a lot of people can't go to the overnight on May 20-21 (that kinda includes me too), so sorry Maki. xD Anyway onto new business...
What: OVERNIGHT. (well duh.)
NEW Overnight Date: May 27-28 (Fri-Sat)
Why the move? Because there's a lot of people who can't go to the May 20-21 session like the Lantaka boys, for Lantaka reasons and Lianne Visperas because she has a date. :> Hi Lianne. xD I'm also quite in a pickle with that schedule because I have an Aksis meeting the next day. Why not June 2-3? Because Maki Dumlao is a sort-of impatient person and wants an overnight asap.

With the numerous overnights that we had through the school year, which I think was 4 all-in-all (or was it 5? I know I went to all except for the all-boys one), I'd expect by now that you guys know what to bring. This isn't "Overnight 101," so telling you the basics is unneeded. Though I would like to remind the guys to bring DECENT swimwear. We do not want an Edmond escapade. xD Also, we want YOU to be there, so don't just go missing in the last minute.
Reminders:
- Do ask your parents or guardian if you can go. Please no Miel Laporga attempts. xD (Peace Miel) I think a week is sufficient enough time to ask.
- If you are available on that date and planning to go, please tell Maki, Dennis or me asap.

was waiting for more people to post here, but since that's not happening, might as well post myself. Before the school year started, I remember changing my Facebook status to "I have a feeling this is gonna be a fun year". Of course I didn't really consider the possibility of me being your class president, but despite that, I guess it's safe to say my feeling was right. I had a lot of fun this year thanks to Sodium. There wasn't a day when you guys didn't manage to make me laugh.
Also, I'm sorry if i was a sucky president, probably (but hopefully not) the worst you've had. I just don't know how to be a president. I can tell you that i tried my best in fulfilling my duties. And i would like to thank the people who helped me in leading and keeping the class together. You know who you are.
Anyway, here's a little photo slideshow i made myself. Of course the pictures still came from Lianne, (her facebook is just filled with a LOT of pictures). I made it aa virtual scrapbook because i feel guilty about our actual scrapbook, and how i screwed up. (speaking of which, tell Noaj he still needs to submit his prom picture).
PS.Okay, I lied. This isn't really my final post. I just placed it there to make it more "dramatic"

First time I saw the class list I wasn't expecting much really. Familiar faces, unfamiliar ones, it was nothing out of the ordinary. Wala lang.
I was wrong of course. Obvious na obvious palang sa first "serious" class requirement natin na maalala ko (DiKum):

Now that that's out of the way, Sodium na HAHA.
I have to say that I can't say I was overly psyched about Sodium when I first learned about the sections. I wasn't close with any of you guys in the beginning of the school year but as we conquered mountains and endured hardships, we started to gel as a unit. But that's not even the best part, we conquered everything while still having FUN! That word epitomizes SODIUM 2012! I had a blast with you guys and it was uber FUN! I'm gonna miss all the retarded crap that we do. I'm gonna miss bullying Jelor about his *ehem* condition. I'm gonna miss bullying Noaj about his rap star status. DYNAMITE! I'm gonna missbullying having fun with all of you guys HAHA. I guess that's the biggest lesson that Sodium has taught me. FUN! So as we approach fourth year, don't forget to smile, be happy and have fun! Live and laugh! It's just high school SISIW!. :D THANKS FOR EVERYTHING NIGGAS!

It was incredible fun. Despite 'The End' being over a month ago, I'd just like to post something for you guys as a kind of farewell. I'm posting this on the blogspot itself hoping that you'll all be able to read it.
Thanks for the awesome schoolyear. Yes all of it. All the laughter, all of the Hardships, all of the Chem. Thanks for making my third year in Pisay the most memorable I've had yet. I really hope that we'll get the chance to have many more overnights at Dennis' and create more memories despite us no longer being Sodium (but we'll be Sodium 2012 forever). I really don't have much to say because the things I've experienced are too much to be explained in words (in short, I'm too lazy to list down any/all of them). But really, I just hope that we'll get to overnight at Dennis' sometime this Summer and maybe reminisce(?) even though it'll just have been 2 months since the end of the School Year or create even more memories before fourth year starts. Thanks for all the memories and I hope that our fourth year in Pisay will be funner and much more memorable (and that this posting will catch on and that everybody will post :))).

CARD-GIVING PROCEDURE for March 31, 2011
1. The student must present his fully accomplished clearance form to the Registrar staff in-charge of distributing the report card to claim his/her report card. NO REPORT CARD WILL BE ISSUED to students with INCOMPLETE clearances/UNCLEARED items.
2. If you have accountabilities at the Office of the Registrar, you shall not be entertained on March 31, 2011. Please accomplish your accountabilities with the Registrar’s Office from May 23-27, 2011.
3. If you missed your photo session schedule without prior notice to the Registrar’s Office, you will be accommodated only on June 1, 2011 onwards. Each day of non-wearing of the ID shall be one non-compliance. (This is a reiteration of our previous announcement regarding pre-enrolment procedure.)
4. Students with substandard grades (2.75 or 3.0) must be accompanied by his/her parent or guardian for SY 2011-2012 must be accompanied when claiming the card.

@Leif: Ung kay Noaj na 500 ng class funds, sure ka bang for the class funds? Kinausap ko kasi siya, tapos sabi niya hindi pa siya ever nagbayad ng class funds, pero nagbayad siya ng 500 for the fair booth bidding thing. Kaya may debt tayo sa kanya (see image below).
Then, below, 'yung mga utang ng class sa certain people/stuff:

Other stuff for the class clearance!
- Return your STR lab manual. Kung nawala niyo, ask Ma'am Butaran/Ma'am Marufie as to what you're supposed to do to replace it. Someone in the class should collect everything, tapos sabay-sabay na irereturn kayla Ma'am. Also, kunin niyo na ung shoebox niyo in the cabinets.
- Return the student handbook. Covered with plastic!
- Scrapbook. 'Yung something na may formal pictures ng class natin and everything.
- Physical exam/oral prophy. Kung di niyo pa rin natatake, schedule an appointment with the clinic soon.
- Individual subject requirements. If you missed major requirements, etc., consult with your subject teachers para maclear kayo.
- "Removal exams". "After our very successful concert last night. I have decided to EXEMPT EVERYONE from taking the Cearance Exam. Please be reminded that you are all REQUIRED to take the CEM Exam on Monday 8AM-1PM. Those who are absent, latecomers and those who will not take the exam seriously will take the Clearance Exam UNLESS there is a valid excuse. Have a nice weekend! Sir Nat."
- The one-page career plan. Due after the career fair to be held on March 17. For the career fair, sign up for the course you want to take. Hindi ko sure kung saan, pero let's ask na lang on Monday.
- Pre-enrollment. This will be on March 16.

a. All students must come well-groomed and in proper uniform. Males must be in proper haircut (2” x 3”) and Females sporting long hair should tie their hair.
b. The photo session for the new school ID shall be according to the set schedule shown below. The ID must be worn starting June 1, 2011.

b. Submit five (5) pieces self-seal, white window envelope. (Merong binebenta ang caf, 1.50/each.) - Uno stack-o. For our Physics clearance, kailangan magbigay ng Uno Stack-o kay Sir Reggie. Sinong bibili for the class?
- Glassware/other lab equipment. Kung may nawala or nasira kayong mga beaker/test tubes/test tube holder/graduated cylinder, sa Bio/Chem/STR/other unit, palitan niyo na.
- Outbound activity. Click here for the letter, credits to Cs. If you are not going you are required to come on March 21 to do commservice.
Attire: red batch shirt, jogging/maong pants, rubber shoes
What to bring: extra clothes, extra footwear, plastic bags, cap, your medications (if any), toiletries, food. You are liable for any lost valuables.
Rapelling is free, as long as you bring a waiver from your parents permitting you. - Returning of school ID is on March 21 and 22. March 22 na rin ang last day of clearance, so lahat dapat ng dues dapat settled na by then.
- Cumulative records and/or missed examinations. If you missed any exams (i.e. Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, etc.), go to the Guidance Center so you can take them. You have to update the annual cumulative record at the Guidance Office as well. Take care of these before March 15.

For the essay, instead of the world history, you're going to answer the question: Kung babalik ka sa isang panahon sa kasaysayan ng mundo, anong panahon ito at bakit? 2 pages, 1.5 ang spacing, Arial, 12 ang sukat ng font.
